Choose Your Bali Visa by What You Came to Do

There are more than twenty Indonesian visa types, and the right one depends entirely on your purpose, how long you want to stay, and whether you intend to work, invest or simply holiday. Below we list every visa we handle, grouped into five clear categories. Each card explains who the visa is for, how long it lasts, the indicative starting cost, and links to a full page with requirements, pricing and the application process.

As a licensed agency registered with Indonesia’s Directorate General of Immigration (Ditjen Imigrasi), we file every application through the official portals — evisa.imigrasi.go.id and molina.imigrasi.go.id — and quote the government fee plus our service fee in writing, with no hidden charges. If you are unsure which visa fits, skip ahead to the decision table or simply message our team on WhatsApp for a free recommendation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Bali visa types are there?
Indonesia offers more than twenty visa and residence-permit types relevant to Bali, from the 30-day Visa on Arrival to the 10-year Golden Visa and permanent KITAP. We process all of them. The right one depends on your nationality, purpose and how long you want to stay — see our decision table above.

What is the difference between a visa and a KITAS?
A visit visa (VOA, eVOA, B211A) is a short-stay permit for tourism or business, typically up to 60 days. A KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) is a limited-stay residence permit, valid 1–2 years and renewable, for people who want to live, work, study or retire in Bali. Learn more on the KITAS hub.

Can I change from a tourist visa to a KITAS without leaving Bali?
In most cases yes. In-country visa conversion (alih status) lets you switch from a B211A/C1 visit visa to most KITAS types without exiting Indonesia, provided enough days remain on your current visa. See visa conversion. Source: evisa.imigrasi.go.id, 2026.

Which Bali visa lets me work?
Only work-authorised permits allow paid activity: the Working KITAS (E23) for Indonesian employers, the Entertainment KITAS for creatives, and the E33G for remote work serving overseas clients. Tourist and visit visas strictly prohibit work, and this is actively enforced in 2026.
