Track Your Bali Visa Application
To track your Bali visa application with Bali Visa Trusted, enter your case reference number below for a live status update, or message your dedicated case manager on WhatsApp. We file through Indonesia’s official immigration portals — evisa.imigrasi.go.id for visas and molina.imigrasi.go.id for stay permits — and keep you updated at every stage until your visa is issued.
Check Your Status
Enter the case reference number we gave you when your application was submitted to see where your visa stands right now.
(Status lookup tool: reference-number input field → returns current stage. Built in Phase 2; until then, the WhatsApp fallback below is the live channel.)
🟢 Or message your case manager on WhatsApp → — include your reference number for the fastest reply.
What Each Status Means
Your application moves through clear stages. Here’s what each one means:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | We have your documents and your case is open. |
| In review | Our consultants are checking every document before submission, so nothing is rejected. |
| Submitted | Your application has been filed through the official Indonesian immigration portal. |
| Processing (immigration) | Indonesian Immigration is reviewing your application. Timelines depend on visa type (see the table below). |
| Action needed | Immigration or our team needs something from you — your case manager will contact you directly. |
| Approved / issued | Your visa or permit is approved. We send you the e-visa PDF or arrange collection. |
| Completed | Your visa is in hand and your case is closed. |
If your status shows Action needed, please respond quickly — delays in providing documents are the most common cause of slow applications.

Track Directly on Official Portals
You can also check certain applications directly on the Indonesian government portals we file through:
- evisa.imigrasi.go.id — for eVOA and visa applications (status and e-visa download).
- molina.imigrasi.go.id — for stay permits and extensions.
These are the only official portals. If anyone directs you to a different “tracking” website asking for payment or card details, do not use it — read how to avoid Bali visa scams. (Links open in a new tab.)
