Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the visa facilitation services provided by Juara Holding Group, trading as Bali Visa Trusted, and your use of this website. By engaging us, requesting a quote, or instructing us to act on your application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they explain exactly what we do, what we cannot do, how fees and refunds work, and the responsibilities that sit with you as the applicant.

We have written these terms to match the rest of our service: licensed, transparent, and honest about both what we can promise and what we cannot.

1. Who We Are and the Scope of Our Service

Juara Holding Group is a licensed Indonesian visa and immigration consultancy based at Jl. Sunset Road No. 88, Kuta, Bali 80361, Denpasar, Bali. We act as a visa facilitation agent — we assess your eligibility, prepare and check your documents, and submit your application to the Indonesian authorities through official government portals such as evisa.imigrasi.go.id and molina.imigrasi.go.id.

Important: we are not the immigration authority. We do not grant visas, residence permits, or entry. The sole decision-making authority for any Indonesian visa is the Directorate General of Immigration (Ditjen Imigrasi) and its officers, under the regulations published at imigrasi.go.id. Our role is to give you the best-prepared, fully compliant application — but the final decision, including approval, refusal, or any request for additional documents, rests entirely with the government.

2. No Guarantee of Government Approval

Because the decision belongs to immigration and not to us, we cannot and do not guarantee that any visa will be approved, issued within a particular timeframe, or renewed. What we do guarantee is professional, licensed, accurate preparation and submission of your application under the rules that apply at the time. If we believe a visa is not realistically achievable for your nationality, situation, or purpose, we will tell you honestly before you commit, and where possible suggest a route that is.

3. Quotes, Government Fees and Service Fees

We price transparently. Every written quote separates two distinct components:

  • Government fees — official charges set by Indonesian immigration and related authorities (for example the visa fee, stay-permit fee, or applicable levies). These are fixed by the government, paid to the government, and are outside our control.
  • Our service fee — the fee for our professional work in assessing, preparing, checking, and submitting your application and managing your case.

Your quote states both, so you always know exactly what you are paying and why. Quotes are based on the regulations and fees current at the date of issue; if the government changes its fees, or your circumstances change, the quote may need to be revised. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.

4. Refunds

We are transparent about refunds before you pay, not after:

  • Government fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been filed. Once we submit to immigration and the government fee is paid, that money has left our hands and cannot be recovered, regardless of the outcome — including if the application is refused. This is a feature of the government process, not our policy.
  • Our service-fee refund terms are stated in writing in your quote or engagement. Where we have not yet begun substantive work, a partial refund of the service fee may be possible; once we have prepared and submitted your application, the service fee reflects work already done. The specific terms for your visa type are set out before you pay.

If you are unsure how refunds apply to your situation, ask us before you commit and we will explain the terms for your specific visa.

5. Your Responsibilities as the Applicant

A successful application depends on accurate information, and that part is yours:

  • Provide true, complete, and accurate information and documents. You are responsible for the truthfulness of everything you submit. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information can lead to refusal, deportation, fines, or blacklisting by Indonesian immigration — and we cannot be held responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate information you provide.
  • Supply documents on time. Delays in sending required documents will delay your application.
  • Ensure your passport is valid for the period required (generally at least six months’ validity).
  • Comply with the conditions of your visa once issued — for example, not working on a tourist visa, observing reporting obligations, and not overstaying.
  • Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about your case.

6. Processing Times Are Estimates Only

Any processing time we mention — whether for a tourist visa, a KITAS, or any other permit — is an estimate based on typical government turnaround, not a guarantee. Actual timelines depend on the immigration authority, system availability, document verification, public holidays, regulatory changes, and case-specific factors that are outside our control. We will always keep you updated on the status of your case, but we cannot be liable for delays caused by the authorities or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

  • Our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid us for the relevant application.
  • We are not liable for: government decisions (including refusals), changes in immigration law or fees, delays caused by the authorities, consequences of inaccurate information you supplied, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (such as lost travel costs, missed flights, or lost income).
  • Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We carry out our work with professional care and skill; this clause simply reflects that the ultimate immigration outcome is not ours to control.

8. Third-Party Portals and Official Sources

Our service involves submitting to official Indonesian government portals. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of those government systems, or of any other third-party website we may link to. The authoritative source for all Indonesian visa regulations is imigrasi.go.id.

9. Confidentiality and Data

We handle your personal and passport data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We keep your documents confidential and use them only to deliver your application.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We aim to resolve any concern quickly and fairly — if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact us first and we will work in good faith to put it right. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date above. The terms that apply to your engagement are those in force when you instruct us.
