Bali Visa Rules for Russians
Russians get the Visa on Arrival: IDR 500,000, about RUB 3,200, for thirty days, extendable once to sixty. Apply online before you fly and walk past the counter.

Do Russians need a visa for Bali in 2026?
Yes, but it is one of the simplest visas in the world to get. Russians are on the Visa on Arrival list, so no consulate appointment and no interview.
Apply as an eVOA before departure rather than queuing at Ngurah Rai. Same visa, same IDR 500,000, and you land with an approved PDF. Up to five Russians can be processed in one session.

How Russians apply for the eVOA

Open the window
Apply from ninety days out, and no later than forty eight hours before departure.

Use the official portal
evisa.imigrasi.go.id is the only official site. Lookalike domains take your money and issue nothing.

Choose Russia and the Visa on Arrival category.

Upload and pay
Russian passport bio page valid six months or more, a passport photo, and payment by Visa, Mastercard or JCB.

File the arrival card
Separate from the visa, within three days before you land.

The arrival card and the tourist levy are separate from your visa and from each other. Every arrival needs all three, whatever passport you hold.
