Multiple-Entry Visa (D1 / D2)

A one-year visa for travellers who come and go from Indonesia repeatedly — for business, family or a life lived across borders. One approval covers a full year of entries, with each stay of up to 60 days. Choose D1 at USD 749 or the broader D2 at USD 849.

Overview

One approval, a full year of entries.

The Multiple-Entry Visa is built for frequent travellers — those who leave and re-enter Indonesia again and again across a single year, whether for business, family or lifestyle. Rather than applying afresh for each visit, you hold one visa that opens the door repeatedly for twelve months.

Each entry allows a stay of up to 60 days. It is issued in two forms — D1 and D2 — and we advise on the right fit, arrange your sponsor, and manage the filing from start to finish.

The Detail

What the Multiple-Entry Visa covers

§ 01

D1 vs D2

Both D1 and D2 are one-year, multiple-entry visas with the same 60-day cap on each stay. D2 is the broader, longer-reaching option — suited to travellers who need wider scope across the year — while D1 covers straightforward, recurring visits. We match you to the correct code before filing.

§ 02

Who it suits

It is the natural choice for regional business travellers moving in and out of Indonesia, and for people who split their time between countries — a base abroad and regular stays in Bali. If a single-entry visa would mean re-applying every trip, this removes that friction for a full year.

§ 03

What it is not

A Multiple-Entry Visa is not a work permit and does not authorise employment in Indonesia. Each individual stay is capped at 60 days, and the visa does not grant continuous year-round residence — it grants repeated entries within its one-year validity.

Multiple-Entry Visa Questions

The essentials on entries and stays, answered plainly.

How many times can I enter on a multiple-entry visa?

There is no fixed limit on the number of entries. Within the visa’s one-year validity you may leave and re-enter Indonesia as often as your travel requires — that is the purpose of the multiple-entry format.

How long can I stay each visit?

Each entry allows a stay of up to 60 days. Once that period ends you exit Indonesia, and your next entry begins a fresh stay of up to 60 days — repeated across the full year of validity.
