The C2 lets you attend to legitimate business in Indonesia — meetings, negotiations, conferences and site visits — for up to 60 days. All-in from USD 329, government fee included, arranged end to end by a licensed agent.
The Business Visa (C2) is designed for professionals travelling to Indonesia for meetings, negotiations, conferences, site visits and supplier relations. It covers genuine business engagement — the kind of activity that keeps a company moving — for a stay of up to 60 days.
What it is not is a work permit. The C2 does not authorise paid employment in Indonesia, and it does not entitle you to draw a salary from a local entity. If your role involves hands-on paid work, you will need a Working KITAS instead, and we are glad to advise on the right path.
Attending meetings and negotiations, conducting or receiving audits, taking part in training you are receiving, and joining conferences, exhibitions and business events. In short: engaging with Indonesian counterparts and partners without performing paid labour.
Drawing a salary from an Indonesian entity or carrying out hands-on paid work is outside the scope of a C2. That activity requires a Working KITAS. If you are unsure which category fits your plans, tell us what you intend to do and we will confirm the correct route.
A single-entry C2 suits a one-off trip. If you travel to Indonesia frequently, a multiple-entry business visa — the D1 or D2 — may be far more practical, allowing repeated visits over a longer validity. We will recommend whichever keeps your travel simplest.
Everything is handled by your dedicated case manager. Simply send the documents below and we take care of the rest.
The essentials on scope and duration for the C2 Business Visa.
No. The C2 permits business activity such as meetings, negotiations and conferences, but it does not authorise paid employment or drawing a salary from an Indonesian entity. Hands-on paid work requires a Working KITAS — we are happy to arrange that instead if it suits your plans.
The C2 allows a stay of up to 60 days. For those who travel to Indonesia often, a multiple-entry business visa (D1 or D2) can be more efficient, permitting repeated visits across a longer validity. We will advise on the best option for your travel pattern.
Tell us about your trip and we’ll confirm the right category and send a written all-in quote — usually the same day.
