Who we are

The visa and immigration arm of a Bali travel and concierge group, working from one office with one team, filing directly through the official portals.

What makes an agency trustworthy

Not the office, and not the years. These four, and every one of them is a question you can ask before you pay anybody.

A registration you can look up

An NIB is public. An agency that will not give you one is telling you something.

A split invoice

Government fee and service fee separated. A single lump sum hides the margin and the risk.

A named portal

evisa.imigrasi.go.id for visas, molina.imigrasi.go.id for stay permits. Ask which one your case is in.

A willingness to say no

The right answer is sometimes a cheaper visa, or none. That answer costs an agency money.

How to verify us, and please do

Five checks, none of which need our help. Run them on us and on anyone else you are considering.

  1. 01

    Look up the NIB

NIB 8120016352471, on the government OSS system. It is public and it takes a minute.

  2. 02

    Ask which portal

A real filing sits in evisa or molina. Ask which, and ask for the reference.

  3. 03

    Check the fee split

The government fee is fixed and published. Ask what it is, then ask what the service fee is.

  4. 04

    Get it in writing

An itemised quote in US dollars before any payment. Not a figure on a phone call.

  5. 05

    Read the public reviews

On the Google Business Profile, where names are attached and we cannot edit them.

What we commit to

Four things, and you can hold us to all of them.

A reply in under two hours

During business hours, from a person rather than a queue.

One named case manager

The same consultant from your first message to the issued visa.

One written figure

All in, itemised, in US dollars, before anything is filed.

The bad news early

If you do not qualify, you hear it before you pay rather than after.
