How to Judge a Visa Agent
Anyone can build a visa website. Four checks separate an agency that files your case properly from one that takes a deposit and goes quiet, and none of them require trusting us.

What actually separates agencies
Not the office and not the years. The government fee is identical everywhere, so what you are really buying is whether the case is categorised correctly and filed completely.
The expensive failure is not an overpriced service fee. It is a case filed under the wrong category, which costs a trip and sometimes a re-entry ban.

Six red flags
Any one of these is enough to stop. Together they describe most of the complaints we hear from people who came to us second.
One lump sum
A single figure with no government fee shown hides both the margin and the risk.
A guaranteed approval
Nobody outside immigration can promise an outcome. Guaranteeing one is a claim about something they do not control.
Work on a tourist visa
An agent who says you can work on a B211A is telling you to break a law that is actively enforced.
Payment by another channel
A personal account, a different name, or a number that changes mid conversation.
No written quote
A price agreed on a call is a price that can move after you have paid a deposit.

Look up the registration
Ask for the NIB and check it on the government OSS system. Ours is 8120016352471.

Ask which portal
A real filing sits in evisa.imigrasi.go.id or molina.imigrasi.go.id. Ask which, and ask for the reference once lodged.

Ask for the fee split
Government fee and service fee, separately, in writing, before any payment.

Ask a question with a cheap answer
Say what you actually plan to do and see whether they offer the cheaper visa. An honest agency will sometimes talk you out of a sale.
