What the C7C Arts and Skills Visa actually is
The C7C clears a specific engagement. It is not a permit to build a paying practice here.
A tourist visa does not cover performing, and in 2026 that is actively enforced. The C7C exists precisely for the appearance a tourist visa cannot carry.
