What We Do, and What We Cannot
These terms govern our visa facilitation service and this website. They are written to be read, because the most important thing in them is the sentence about approval not being ours to give.
1. Who we are and what we do
Bali Visa Trusted is a licensed Indonesian visa facilitation agency, registered with the Directorate General of Immigration under NIB 8120016352471. Engaging us, requesting a quote, or instructing us to act on an application means you accept these terms.
We are a facilitation agent, not a government authority and not a law firm. We prepare, lodge and follow your application through the official portals. We do not decide it.
2. We cannot guarantee approval
Every visa and permit decision belongs to Indonesian immigration. Nobody outside that authority can promise an outcome, and any agency that does is telling you something untrue.
What we are responsible for is that your application is complete, correctly categorised, and lodged properly. If we believe you do not meet a requirement, we will tell you before you pay rather than file something we expect to fail.
3. Quotes, government fees and service fees
Quotes are given in writing in US dollars and itemise the government fee separately from our service fee. Government fees are set by regulation and are identical whichever agent you use.
Where our published figure is described as all in, it includes the government fee for that visa. Charges set by other authorities, such as the Bali tourist levy, are stated separately.
- Deposits, shareholdings and income thresholds are eligibility tests you hold yourself, not payments to us.
- A quote holds for the case as described. Material changes to your circumstances may change it.
- Prices quoted in US dollars are settled at the rate stated on your invoice.
4. Refunds
Government fees are paid to the state when an application is lodged and cannot be recovered by us if the application is later refused or withdrawn.
Where we have not yet lodged your application, our service fee is refundable less any work already carried out. Where the file has been lodged, our work is complete regardless of the decision.
If we advise you before filing that you do not qualify, nothing further is charged.
5. Your responsibilities
The application is made in your name and rests on information you provide. Documents must be genuine, current and complete.
- Provide accurate information and genuine documents.
- Meet the deadlines we give you, particularly for biometrics.
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances change during the application.
- Comply with the conditions of the visa once it is issued, including any restriction on work.
6. Processing times are estimates
Published processing times assume a complete document set and normal conditions at the office handling your case. They are estimates and not commitments.
We recommend against booking non refundable travel around an estimated issue date.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with a case is limited to the service fee you paid us for that case.
We are not liable for government decisions, for changes in regulation, for delays at immigration offices, or for consequential losses such as travel and accommodation costs.
8. Official portals and third parties
Applications are lodged through the official Indonesian government portals, evisa.imigrasi.go.id for visas and molina.imigrasi.go.id for stay permits. Those systems and their availability are outside our control.
Where we link to an official source, that source governs. If this website and imigrasi.go.id disagree, imigrasi.go.id is correct.
9. Confidentiality and data
Documents you send us are used to prepare and lodge your application and for no other purpose. How they are stored, shared and retained is set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indonesian law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
Before that, please raise the problem with your case manager. Most disputes are misunderstandings about what was quoted, and they are cheaper to resolve in a message.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our service or the regulations change. The version in force for your case is the one published when you instructed us.
Questions about these terms
If anything here is unclear, ask before you instruct us rather than after. We would rather answer a question twice than have you agree to something you had not read.
Transparent pricing. No hidden fees. A reply in under two hours.
