We keep these guides accurate and we cite our sources. We are still not the government, and Indonesian immigration rules change faster than any website. This page says where the line is.

1. General information, not legal advice
Everything published here is general information about Indonesian immigration, written to help you work out which visa fits. It is not legal advice and it does not create a professional relationship.
Your circumstances may change the answer. That is what a consultation is for, and ours costs nothing.
2. imigrasi.go.id is the authority
Indonesian immigration regulations change, sometimes without notice and sometimes mid application. Where this website and an official government source disagree, the official source is correct and this website is out of date.
The sources we work from are imigrasi.go.id, evisa.imigrasi.go.id and allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.
3. Figures are current as of 2026
Fees, thresholds and processing times on this site were checked for 2026 and are stated as such on each page. Government fees are set by regulation and can change at any time.
Our own service figures are all in and include the government fee where a page says so. They are quoted in US dollars and confirmed in writing before you commit.
- Processing times assume a complete document set and normal conditions.
- Deposits, shareholdings and income thresholds are eligibility tests, not payments to us.
- The Bali tourist levy is charged by the provincial government and is separate from every visa fee.
4. Accuracy and completeness
We correct errors when we find them, and we would rather be told than not. If a figure here looks wrong, tell us and we will check it against the source.
Where a rule genuinely has no published answer, we say so rather than fill the gap. Two examples on this site: the B211A publishes no maximum stay because it is at the issuing office's discretion, and restricted nationalities carry no published price because those cases are assessed individually.
5. External links
We link to official Indonesian government sources so you can verify what we say. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
6. Commercial note
We are a commercial visa facilitation agency and we charge a service fee. This site exists partly to win your business, and the honest way to handle that is to say so.
Where we compare visa options, we include the ones we make no money from, and we will tell you when you do not need us at all.
7. Government decisions are not ours
Approval, refusal, and any condition attached to a visa belong to Indonesian immigration. We are responsible for filing your case correctly and completely. We are not responsible for the decision on it.
Any agency that guarantees an outcome is describing something it cannot control.
8. Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this page as the service or the regulations change. The version in force for your case is the one published when you instructed us.
